The room is cleaned every two weeks, the kitchen is cleaned on weekdays, the summer vacation is approaching, our apartment is five people, there are four who returned to China before the middle of June (including me), and one should be returned to China in the middle of July, so there is no need to worry about the kitchen being crowded.
The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, refrigerator, dishwasher, TV (HDMI), Internet cable and TV (HDMI), and 24-hour hot water. After the sublet is successful, the staff will clean the room again.
The common areas have study rooms, screening rooms, table tennis tables, billiards, arcades, racing simulators, pianos, fitness equipment, and a sauna.
1 minute to the convenience store (Tesco can basically solve the daily necessities), 4 minutes to the bus station, 5 minutes to the train station (luggage is not too far), 8 minutes to the city center, 18 minutes to the University of Leeds.
However, a student offer is required to sublet.
