I'm going to start work at Network Rail in September, so I need to move to York and want to rent a room for a long time. I don't like to have parties at home, I don't have much demand for my roommates, I have a strong sense of boundaries, I work in the company most of the time, and I don't spend a lot of time at home. I was very clean and tidy and would clean up the room regularly.
