Description

PLummer house rentals are available from early July to August 24! £160 per week! Bills are included, and a large number of second-hand (including air fryers, rice cookers, hangers, kitchen utensils, and small electric fans, plus a gaming monitor 165Hz) will be given away when you check in!

Location: Very close to Newcastle city centre, three to five minutes walk, M&S, biggest shopping mall, Boots etc are close and convenient!
The apartment is very close to the school, walk straight across the pedestrian street to the main campus, go downstairs and turn right for two minutes to the city library.
Chinatown 11 is a 10-minute walk away.

Facilities: The apartment includes a laundry room, a gym, a movie screening room (I like to play the book, the room here is really suitable)
There is an activity room on the first floor, which has billiards and other facilities, and you can hold small activities here (you can also make an appointment with good friends to eat hot pot here), and there are many large tables in the study room on the first floor (you can play board games or something).
The hallway will be cleaned by someone from the apartment. The front desk is free to sign for courier delivery and provide free coffee.
Room facilities: double bed, equipped with TV, refrigerator, microwave and other facilities, complete hardware
