Location: Superior location, 20 meters downstairs there is the Super League, 100 meters Asda, three minutes Tesco and Manchester City's hottest brunch Federal, across the road there is the Korean Super League, including Chinese restaurants such as the Weekly Eight Pepper Xiang Restaurant.
It is a five-minute walk from the South Campus, a twelve-minute walk from the Main Campus, an eight-minute walk from Chinatown, a fifteen-minute walk from the city center, a ten-minute walk to Chinatown, and a fifteen-minute walk from the city center

Communal facilities: There are several washing machines on the M floor downstairs, and communal kitchens can be booked free of charge, including a cinema and study room
Level 0 has two English eight-ball pool tables 🎱, foosball, table tennis ⚽ and 🏓 a sofa area at the back where you can gather
Every morning (except weekends) there is a free breakfast with bread and yogurt drinks and fresh fruits
There is a room cleaning service every two weeks, and you can also put up a sign to not disturb the rest

Why subletting?

I originally set this set for myself, but then I moved to live with a friend, and the contract could not be canceled, so I could only sublet
