There is a famous slide park downstairs, and you can go there for a walk on the oversized lawn and pet the dog when the weather is good (?).
There is secure parking for bicycles in the courtyard downstairs of the apartment

3⃣️ House type: large 3-person ensuite, indoor area of 18 square meters, large desk + double bed, very much storage space, the space between the bed and the desk is large enough to spread a yoga mat to do yoga

4⃣️ Facilities: Equipped with laundry room and free gym, two large refrigerators shared by three people, all my electrical appliances and tableware can be used by you, and you can move in directly with your bag

5⃣️ Roommates: Two Chinese ladies with very good personalities, both undergraduate year2, usually very clean, cleaning is very timely, very concerned about hygiene and keeping quiet, and I are very good friends, very friendly

6⃣️ Price: 201pw package for all bills, long-term rental priority

I hope you are: girl, don't be too loud after bedtime at night (sound insulation is OK, as long as you don't scream, it's okay) The roommates are all good friends of mine, and I have to sublet because I have to go back to China temporarily, I hope you can be relatively friendly
