Electricity and gas are not included, and they are divided equally according to the number of people living in the room.

Every two weeks or four weeks, the host will arrange for a cleaning staff to clean the common areas (kitchen, hallway, public bathroom).
Keep your room clean and tidy.
If you need to clean the room, you can contact the landlord in advance and arrange for the cleaning staff to clean it, and pay the cleaning staff for 15 per hour.
You can move in at any time. Long-term and short-term rentals are welcome.
