10 minutes walk to the city centre and 15 minutes to the school, next to the police station and hospital

10 min walk to the University of Leeds, 10-15 min to the city centre, supermarket and restaurants less than 50m downstairs. There is a park next to the dormitory where you can play football or have a picnic. Nearby are all student residences, quiet and very safe.

It is a 5-minute walk to the mall, 10 minutes to the University of Leeds, and about 15 minutes to Leeds' busiest shopping street. It includes independent laundry room, independent bathroom, activity room, etc. Excellent security, complete facilities, good internet, convenient takeaway.

The room is cleaned every two weeks, the kitchen is cleaned on weekdays, the summer vacation is approaching, our apartment is five people, there are four who returned to China before the middle of June (including me), and one should be returned to China in the middle of July, so there is no need to worry about the kitchen being crowded.
The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, refrigerator, dishwasher, TV (HDMI), Internet cable and TV (HDMI), and 24-hour hot water. After the sublet is successful, the staff will clean the room again.
The common areas have study rooms, screening rooms, table tennis tables, billiards, arcades, racing simulators, pianos, fitness equipment, and a sauna.
1 minute to the convenience store (Tesco can basically solve the daily necessities), 4 minutes to the bus station, 5 minutes to the train station (luggage is not too far), 8 minutes to the city center, 18 minutes to the University of Leeds.
However, a student offer is required to sublet.
