Sublet of lone guard bag near Kings Cross/UCL-UAL
I wanted to sublet for personal reasons, so I sublet my room.
1️⃣ Room Summary: The whole house is 2b2b. It's also nice that the roommate is a girl. The one I sublet had a separate bathroom, and the bathroom and room were next door. The kitchen is very big and there is no problem with the cooking flow. My bathroom has a separate bathtub and the bathroom is large and completely adequate. The balcony was also super big and had a nice view of the sunset.
2️⃣ Community setting: three-tier access control, and in the community! Security without any problems living until now. The front desk can help collect couriers, and takeaway couriers can be delivered to the door without going downstairs.
3️⃣ Surroundings:
Metro 🚇: Kings Cross/St. Pancras is a 12-minute walk, so it's easy to go anywhere, just start from Kings Cross! It's Harry Potter's King's Cross Station, and it's also great for taking pictures.
Bus 🚌: 2 minutes walk from the bus stop downstairs
Supermarket 💿: Convenient life, downstairs is Sainsbury 2 minutes walk, Waitrose 7 minutes walk, close to the British Library/UAL St Martin's campus/boots/waitroes/M&S, etc
The location is excellent
4️⃣ Price: The original price is 400 packages of bill (wifi/water, electricity and heating all inclusive) to go to the official contract sublease. Rent from now until 2025.9.14. If you are a student, you are exempt from council tax. You must sign a contract with an agent, and short-term rentals are not accepted.
