Please note: We are a commercial hotel, 20% VAT will be charged for the first 28 days, and VAT will be waived on the part of the stay from the 29th consecutive day onwards. For guests staying for 3 consecutive months or more, we will refund the VAT paid for the first 28 days in the form of a discount on the 3rd month bill. Therefore, the cost of staying for more than 3 consecutive months is equivalent to no VAT.
