Because I was in a hurry to sublet, I volunteered to help the next tenant pay a deposit of 200 pounds. There is no need to worry about the compliance of the formalities for official subletting. Because it was rented very early last year, the sublet price is lower than the current price on the official website, only 253 pounds a week. The dormitory is a student-only dormitory, and the apartment provides 24-hour full access control + security personnel + surveillance, so it will be relatively safe for students.
