✌ I asked about the apartment, and the apartment said that the sublet price was according to the contract I signed at the time, the price was 359pw (51 weeks), or 394.9pw (44 weeks) (now the apartment has gone up in price, 395 for 51 weeks and 434.5 for 44 weeks) so my price is really good value [like R] [like R] [like R] [like R] [like R]
✌ I also picked this house for a long time, both the price and the apartment environment are very good, the apartment building is newly built in 2021, so the basic facilities of the apartment are very new. This F room is the largest of the 6 rooms (Figure 2), with 19 square meters, and the remaining 5 rooms are only 12 square meters (I just found that the F room on each floor is larger than the other rooms, so I asked the agent in a foreign land to rent the F room, and there were only 20 floors and a lower floor left, so I chose the 20th floor without hesitation (Pictures 1 and 3 are the room layout). As someone who has lived and been to someone else's ensuite before, this 19 square meters is really very big (many studios are so big, and many ensuite rooms are really very small)
✌ Okay, let's get down to business. The room has a private bathroom and the kitchen is shared with 5 other roommates (see Pictures 4 and 5 for the kitchen). And the 6-person ensuite is actually just right, the 3-person ensuite kitchens I have seen and visited are very small, and the 6-person ensuite has the same size kitchen as 10 or even 12 people.
✌ The apartment is located in SE13 7NX and is surrounded by a train station, a metro station and a bus station
10 minutes by bus to Goldsmiths College, 3 stops by train to Charing Cross near Chinatown (18 minutes in total), 1 train stop to London Bridge (KCL Guy's campus) (total commute no more than 15 minutes), and Bond Street and Oxford Street commute in about half an hour. KCL, LSE, UAL commute in 30-35 minutes and UCL in 40 minutes
✌ The apartment has 24-hour security and the front desk can collect couriers. The apartment offers free breakfast and 24h free coffee and unlimited milk chocolate.
