It takes 10-30 minutes to get to KCL, UCL, LSE, UAL by transport or on foot, and 40 minutes to IC.

Downstairs is bus stop 344, 3, 7 minutes walk to bus 59, 8 minutes walk to Lambeth North subway station. 7/8 minutes walk to the Lower Marsh snack street, there are bubble tea shops/Korean food/Thai food, etc. About 10 minutes walk to Martha, Sainsbury, Tesco, Boots, Korean supermarket, 10 minutes by bus to waitrose in Battersea, 14 minutes by bus to the Super League. About 10 min walk to St Thomas Hospital/ER. 8-10 minutes walk to ATM and post office (there are two).
The apartment has been refurbished in the last two years with new renovation and facilities. The room is about 20 square meters (the layout is relatively spacious, you can put the floor hanger of IKEA), the bed is a standard double bed (135×190), the room has a TV connected to wifi that can be projected (you can project YouTube, b station, etc.), sofa, double open wardrobe, refrigerator, induction cooker, oven microwave oven all-in-one machine, range hood, etc., and the storage space is large (never full). The filter shower and faucet have been installed (you can send me a replacement core that I brought from China). There are exhaust vents in the windows of the room that can be opened, and ventilation in the summer can avoid mosquitoes.

The apartment only has a studio type, and there are less than 140 households, the room is very soundproof, there is usually no loud sound of partying, and no one has heard a loud noise in the corridor. The alarm is not connected in series, one ring per household, and the fire alarm in other rooms cannot be heard. The apartment has a 24-hour gym, bicycle storage, and laundry room. The balcony is on Floor 5, the common room is air-conditioned on Floor 1, and the reception is on Floor 1. The apartment will organize several activities every month (pancake, petting small animals, pilates fitness, etc.), the front desk staff is very enthusiastic, you can send email communication if you encounter problems, and the response efficiency is quite high. The apartment has to swipe the room card a total of 5 times from the door to the room, and there is a police station nearby, which is relatively safe.
