1. It is a 1-minute walk from Queen Mary.
2. The room is larger than the average ensuite, and I don't feel crowded when I store large tripods and large cameras in the room where I study movies for a long time. The bed and wardrobe are also large, and I am a fat house, so I don't feel cramped and crowded at all.
3. 1 minute out of the house is Sainsbury things are very complete, 5 minutes fast and easy to go in the super things are more and cheaper, 10 minutes to ASDA things are big and cheap, 15 minutes to the super Ark supermarket, and super Sainsbury discounts are super much. There are also roast chickens, KFC fast food, English brunch and more around
4. The roommates are all Chinese, very friendly, hygienic living habits, the kitchen is not used much, and it is very tidy.
5. One minute walk to the bus station, 25 + 205 + 339, two subway stations within ten minutes walk, Pink Line (Hammersmith) Green Line (District Line) Red Line (Central). Getting to downtown, Stratford, West End are all quick. In particular, Stratford's UCL, UAL, Loughborough University, are all very fast by bus. I was never late for school at Stratford.
6. There are two night buses at the door directly to the door, which can be directly back from Oxford circus (or to ocford circus) or back from paddington.
7. The price of this room 24-25 has been increased to 325 a week. I'm out of 298. There are also discounts for official sublease renewal leases.
