    Description

    Due to a job transfer, I had to travel to Beijing for a year, so I had to sublet my Hammersmith accommodation. Interested parties are welcome to contact us, and you can view the property offline at any time.
    1. Basic information of the house:
    • This is a three-storey house (5B4B) in a traditional English residential area, sublet is one of the single rooms, with an area of 4.23m * 2.62m (about 11 square meters).

    2. Housing Configuration:
    • There are five bedrooms, including two ensuites and three single-rooms, one on each of the first and third floors, and three single-rooms on the second floor. The sublet room is room No. 2 (marked in red in the design drawing), one of the single-rooms on the second floor; The three single-rooms share two toilets, and the toilet separates room 2 from the remaining two single-rooms, which is very private. At present, there has been no conflict in the use of toilets in the past six months.
    3. Room Facilities:
    • The room is equipped with a double bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a set of tables and chairs, and heating.
    • There are two windows due east and one window directly south, so that there is plenty of natural light and will not be affected by the western sun.

    7. Check-in time:
    • Occupancy starts in February next year, and the contract ends in September, with the option to renew.

    8. About the Landlord:
    • The landlords, a Chinese couple, just purchased the house in September this year and has been fully renovated. All facilities are brand new.
    • The landlord has extensive experience in property investment and rental in London, and can respond quickly to the needs of tenants, and can solve any problems raised by tenants within 24 hours.
    9. Rent and Fees:
    • Rent is 290 pounds per week (with a knife) and includes water, electricity, heating, and internet. Working parties need to pay Council Tax extra.
    10. Roommate Situation:
    • There were five people in total, three boys and one girl besides me, all Chinese, friendly and hygienic.
    • Roommates: 3 students (both Imperial College students, 2 masters and 1 PhD) and one worker (a doctor from Beijing).
    • In the other two single-rooms on the second floor are the girls from Imperial College London and the doctors who have come to London for further study, both of whom are very friendly and have good habits and do not make any noise.
    11. Miscellaneous:
    • Pets, smoking, and children are not allowed.
