【Lease period】From 2023-12-15 (negotiable) to 2024-8-30. The lease period can only be rented during the Christmas holidays, or from the end of January until 8.30, and the lease period can be negotiated. If the whole period of time is rented, you can reduce the rent for one month (if it is smuggled).
【Public facilities】⃣ 1️Public facilities are better, there are public kitchens on each floor, and the main thing is that you can open fire! Co-cooking on each floor is available (there is no ensuite in the apartment).
2️⃣ The gym is enough (I work out)
3️⃣ There is a movie theater, a self-study area, and the environment is very good
4️⃣ The front desk is a 24h front desk and there is a free breakfast at the front desk every morning. There are snacks at the front desk of the apartment to buy, which is a little cheaper than the outside. Coffee and other self-service are available 24 hours a day. The courier is also looking for the front desk to sign and take, only the staff can go in, and there is no need to worry about the courier being taken. Parking is available.

Not particularly big but enough, it feels like the hotel has been renovated, and the decoration style is very good, especially the bathroom. If you want to stay recently, you can take it on a tour.
