Existing 2 bedrooms, our listing is less than 200 fat people per week, the location is perfect, only 1 minute walk to Old college. 5 minutes to George Square. It only takes 8 minutes to get to Princes Street, so it's convenient whether you want to go to school or work part-time.
The room is as shown in Figure B Lisiting (listed building), spacious and bright (not old and shabby), with floor-to-ceiling windows and a clear view of the old town. Built in the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty, I don't think most of the friends have ever lived in a house with such a long history. Another benefit of this room is that it is very warm. On the same floor are all female students or PhDs from the University of Edinburgh. The upper floor also lives our compatriots. Very safe.

Why subletting?

The house was bought in December '23 and partially renovated. The furniture is brand new. Now there is a room that has been rented to a boy.
