Huge kitchen, new toilet, washing machine for free!
If the girl comes, you can use my pots and chopsticks directly~
The roommates got along for a year and everyone was very nice The kitchen was always very clean 😆

The apartment has two study rooms and a self-service coffee machine in the lobby
There's also a movie room, although I haven't been there
Outside the door is a small park, basketball and tennis court (^◡^) っ 🎾 and children's playground~
The school is just across the street
