Description

Because I was in a hurry to sublet, I volunteered to help the next tenant pay a deposit of 200 pounds. There is no need to worry about the compliance of the formalities for official subletting. Because it was rented very early last year, the sublet price is lower than the current price on the official website, only 253 pounds a week. The dormitory is a student-only dormitory, and the apartment provides 24-hour full access control + security personnel + surveillance, so it will be relatively safe for students. There are several bus stops around the 3-5 minute walk and can be reached quickly to the city center. There is a SPAR supermarket 1 minute walk on the left, which supports the purchase of basic ingredients and snacks, and if you need more variety, there is a SCO supermarket 10 minutes walk away. 25 minutes walk to Budanos and 20 minutes walk to the city center. In terms of facilities, the dormitory is equipped with a gymnasium, a self-study room, a pool table, a laundry room, a parking lot, etc. Regarding the floors, I am not sure about the floors of my dorm because although I have had a room tour (see video below), I have not lived in the dorm before the room is allocated. At the same time, the room tour went to a different room type, and the square type I subleased would be larger and have an extra bathroom than in the video.

Why subletting?

I am a sophomore at the University of Buensuite, and I was going to continue living in Ensuite in my junior year, so I booked this house in advance, but my friend invited me to live in 2B1B, so I decided to sublet
