The dormitory is a student-only dormitory, and the apartment provides 24-hour full access control + security personnel + surveillance, so it will be relatively safe for students. There are several bus stops around the 3-5 minute walk and can be reached quickly to the city center. There is a SPAR supermarket 1 minute walk on the left, which supports the purchase of basic ingredients and snacks, and if you need more variety, there is a SCO supermarket 10 minutes walk away. 25 minutes walk to Budanos and 20 minutes walk to the city center.
