20 minutes by bus to UCL Main Campus and 15 minutes walk to UAL.
There is a Coop convenience store 1 minute downstairs from the dormitory, and a large waitrose supermarket 15 minutes walk. It is a 12-minute walk from Kings Cross and St Pancras train and underground stations.
The room model is the 2nd floor En-suite (actual 3rd floor) and contains a very new private bathroom with a wall-hung toilet. The room has two floor-to-ceiling windows with plenty of sunlight from the morning sun. There is one more corridor space than the regular room type.
The whole house is underfloor heating, and the dormitory style is white and black. There are many partitions next to the bed where you can put a lot of items and snacks. Shelves will be placed in the entryway. WiFi full coverage, WiFi speed physical test is about 500Mbps, games and videos are very fast, the latency is very low, and the competitive games played by individuals are in the single digit delay. The soundproofing of the windows in the dorm was exceptional.
The common area is very large, with two floors, the upper level has sofas and large tables, suitable for playing board games and studying with friends.
The lower level is home to the communal kitchen and balcony with two large fridges and two ovens, two cooktops, and the remaining area is a storage area. The roommates have very regular kitchen rules, all common areas are always tidy, and each roommate takes turns throwing out the garbage in turn.
There are only 2 boys in the room, and the rest are all girls, and all the roommates are very nice.
The dormitory itself includes a laundry room, a games room (with Xbox), and a bicycle storage. There is a 24-hour front desk and 2 study rooms, as well as vending machines and free water dispensers.
