There is a kitchen in the common area for self catering. The roommates were all UNSW students, with one girl and two boys living in. Common areas are disinfected every week, and common areas are cleaned regularly.

Price situation: the original price is 406pw and the current price is 380pw package bill cleaning fee.

Location: Within a 10-minute walk from UNSW. THE WHOLE ROUTE IS ON THE MAIN ROAD OF KINGSFORD, A STRAIGHT LINE, AND THERE IS NO NEED TO WORRY ABOUT THE SAFETY OF GOING HOME BY YOURSELF AFTER CLASS AT NIGHT. There are many Chinese restaurants on the main road of Kingsford, and Chinese supermarkets are all located in the route from the apartment to UNSW, all within 10 minutes. The whole area is dominated by Chinese, and those who have just come and need to adapt can use it as a transition period. Opposite the apartment is a huge park, downstairs there are buses and trams, to Chinatown, city, and various areas are about 20 minutes, very convenient.
