- [ ] The master bedroom (with separate bathroom) in Randwick 3b2b would like to be sublet in April or May. Close to UNSW, 1.2 km walk. I don't want to go, out of the apartment door is the bus stop, the bus takes about 10 minutes to go straight to the UNSW door. The remaining two roommates are all girls (both are New South students) and they share a bathroom, which will not affect you.
- [ ] bill: Cold water is free, other needs are shared equally with roommates, and the gas ➕ and electricity ➕ network is about 20 dollars / week for each person to use normally (depending on personal use) (all are opened Sydney regular companies)
- [ ] The room comes with a large wardrobe. For 1000 RMB, I can leave the bed, table, chair, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hanger for you. These have bills, which add up to 5 or 6,000 RMB (all with purchase screenshot bills), and these are brand new items I bought at IKEA in Sydney in March. By April and May, it was basically 9 percent new, and it only took one or two months in total.
- [ ] The house is on four floors, has an elevator, has a curfew, and a garage. The master bedroom, with its own bathroom, has its own balcony and the balcony door comes with its own insect net
- [ ] Go through formal channels, sign a sublease contract with a local official agent in Australia, and the deposit will be handed over to the government, and there will be no arbitrary seizure of the deposit
