The official website is now 609pw (all sold out), the contract price on my side is 599pw (if it is a school within the scope of the apartment list, it can be reduced by 10 dollars, otherwise it is 609pw), the lease period is until February next year, and the sublease fee is one week's rent (I will bear this cost).

The station is about 5M from the apartment, and the tram is right in front of the train station, which goes directly to Vima and the city.
There is a sub-league opposite downstairs. WWS and BIGW are less than 10 M away. There are Chinese and Thai restaurants around. 15M to Coles and Aldi, tram around 5M.
You can move in immediately, or you can continue to sublet it later.
